Brief Strategic Therapy

Helping you change your perspective by changing the glasses that you’re seeing reality through, in order to go from a dysfunctional behaviour to a heathy functional behaviour. It shows you why the usual solutions leave you stuck in the problem, and how to get out of the vicious cycle. If you are engaged and determined, the therapy will have significant positive results in 10 sessions or less.


 

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

Through focusing more on your strengths and competences rather than on your flaws and lacking, it helps you create change towards the goal that you establish. By doing something different, looking for alternatives and possibilities, looking for what works, you move fast in the direction that you want and see progress fast. Working collaboratively together with you, following feedback and checking the therapeutic progress.

Internal Family Systems Therapy

We all have a core Self that embodies our essence and all our finest qualities such as compassion, wisdom, creativity.

We all have parts that have a relationship between each other and with us, like in an internal family system.

Through this work, we get into dialogue with these parts to truly understand them. It is a systemic type of work and relational therapy.

 

Awareness, Understanding, Meditation

Dynamic, social, group meditation that is very different from typical sitting meditation and gets you to the same meditative happy and free state. Bringing a deep sense of aliveness, warmth, relaxation and showing you in a safe way how to handle your feelings, what they are, who you are. You get to experience and understand deeply what is behind unconscious automatic reactions and become free from them.

Systemic Family Constellations

Every problem has a systemic point of view. Individual therapy that happens in a group setting, where we work with your family system or other systems that you belong to, in order to make love and life flow in a natural healthy way, feeling that you are in the right place in that system. Becoming free from trans-generational negative patterns.


Experiential Therapy

Using art-therapy and creative experiential methods to develop your capacity for introspection and to use your inner witness and wisdom to get unstuck. Relying on the use of symbols and metaphors in order to bring awareness, understanding and transformation through reframing.

Yin Yoga

This yoga style incorporates Chinese medicine and using hatha yoga postures targets relaxation and stretching of deep connective tissues. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. It helps us release stress, deeply relax and connect more to Self.

 

My journey.

It started out with being curious and loving. Like most people I’ve experienced some negative events in my life, which triggered a need for healing. Having this curiosity and suffering, I wanted to understand what was happening with me, why those things happened in my life and eventually looking for happiness and aliveness in my life. So I started my own inner inquiry, therapeutic process. I became a “seeker”.

After 17 years of working with myself and searching, studying, healing, self-development (in various methods), I felt like I can’t keep it only to myself anymore and I need to share my findings with others. My heart led me in this direction and I look forward to bringing this awareness and inner wisdom in other people’s lives too.

I am here to share my message to help you heal, rediscover your aliveness, health and to thrive in your life!
