Webinar on working with our worries

In this webinar we will work with our worried parts, find out their positive intentions, reframing their role and bringing them nurturing compassion so they can feel more at ease and in harmony and needing to less in alert. We’ll also discuss ways in which our nervous system works and why it works that way, touching on the subject of the vagus nerve and finding the feeling of safety again being in our body and in the present moment.
